A Tattnall County jail escapee may have struck again.

Chad Everette Dasher is believed to be the suspect of a home break-in on Saturday, according to the Twiggs County Sheriff's Office.

Dasher escaped on Jan. 24 and was believed to be in Twiggs County. Authorities thought he left the area, but now they believe he's back.

A vehicle Dasher allegedly stole from Long County was found Saturday in the 4000 block of Highway 96 in Twiggs County making authorities believe he's still in central Georgia.

A home in that block was broken into and several items, including two different shotguns, a handgun and a television were taken.

Authorities also believe Dasher took the family's gray, 1986 Volvo DL with the Georgia Tag, BFZ 4594.

Anyone who comes in contact with Dasher should call 911 and use extreme caution.
