REYNOLDS/WARNER ROBINS/UPATOI – With the funding of several applications this past week, the Flint Energies Foundation has now donated more than $3 million to local charities and organizations since 2001. The Flint Energies Foundation is a non-profit organization, funded through the Operation Round Up® program by members of Flint Energies.
“Through the generosity of Flint Energies members who round up their monthly electric bill payment, the Flint Energies Foundation has made a great impact on the quality of life in Middle Georgia,” said Susan Poole, Flint Energies Foundation Administrator. “This important work could not be accomplished without those members who allow us to round up their monthly electric bills to the next even dollar.”
“Grants issued on Sept. 12 take us to a grand total of 3,018,987.46,” said Poole. “Now that’s what you call giving back to your communities.”
