'Super Tuesday' Voters Will Decide Question in Jeffersonville

Gingrich, Paul, Santorum and Romney won't be the only choices here in Central Georgia on March 6, Super Tuesday.

Voters in Jeffersonville will vote on Sunday liquor sales.

Of course, voters everywhere in the state can vote on Georgia's Republican presidential primary, which includes Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum and several other candidates.

To vote for President Obama, ask for the democratic ballot.

Polls are open 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on March 6. Voters must show a valid photo ID to cast a vote.

Teacher recruitment for seven Middle Georgia counties takes place March 17 from 9 a.m. until noon.

The recruitment fair is for the following counties: Bibb, Crawford, Jones, Jasper, Monroe, Peach and Twiggs.

The recruitment fair takes place at Westside High School in Macon.

You should bring at least 20 copies of your resume.

New Business Operating In Twiggs County

Bullard Deer & Hog Processing opened for business this month. They are located at 10610 Hwy 129 at the intersection with Bullard Road. Bullard Deer & Hog Processing has a wild life storage permit from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and a red meat license from the USDA that allows them to process both deer and hogs on site.

There is a processing fee of $60 for a deer or $50 for a small deer or quartered deer. Processing fee for a hog is $75. Sausage is $2.25 pound for patty and $2.75 pound for link. Sausage comes in regular and jalapeno cheddar cheese.

Store hours are from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. 7 days a week, with a contact number for afterhours drop offs.
