"Keeping Christmas at Richland Church" Returns This Weekend

The Richland Restoration League, Inc with Director Frank Hendrix, and a cast of talented volunteers will again present Keeping Christmas at Richland Church. The event, receiving widespread support and attendance from Georgians, has become a popular venue for launching the spirit of the Christmas Season. Performance Dates Friday, November 30, 2012, 7-8 p.m. Saturday December 1, 2012 at 7 p.m. Ticket Prices Adults $10, Students $5, Children 11 and under free. All tickets are available at the door. For further information and to purchase tickets go to website: Historic Richland Church - Keeping Christmas Take I-16 East to Exit 24. Turn right off Exit and then Right again on Richland Road just before the Huddle House. Richland Church 2 miles down on right. Signs will be posted.

Jeffersonville Harvest Festival Celebrates with Music, 5K, Carnival

Jeffersonville's Harvest Festival celebrates the town's agricultural and rural roots.

The weekend celebration starts on Friday, October 26 and features live music and fun for all ages.

Bands include: Josh Graff Band, Shane Bridges Band, Country Biscuit Band, Ignite Martial Arts, Jason Hobbs Band, Angels in Motion and theKey.

On Saturday, catch the 11 a.m. parade, Little Moe's Carnival with rides and the United States Air Force Reserve Band.

Twiggs County Board of Health will staff a booth and offer convenient access to flu shots. 

A 5K Run And See Georgia race begins at 2 p.m. on Sunday: RACE TO THE CENTER -- the geodesic center of the State of Georgia!

Air Show Features Blue Angels

ROBINS, AFB., GA.--The Air Show lineup features performers including the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, F-18 Hornets, the C-130 Hercules, and the Air Force F-22 Raptor.

The air show is free and open to the public and starts at 11:30 a.m.

You can park at the Macon Airport, McConnell-Talbert Stadium and Anchor Glass and then catch bus transportation to the show. The shuttle starts at 9:45 a.m. both days and gates open at 10 a.m.

The shuttle runs until 5 p.m.
